General
What is Visnoa Systems?
Visnoa Systems is a rapid product development studio. We turn software ideas and business requirements into clickable prototypes, working MVPs, internal business tools and AI-powered automations, using AI-assisted development with human engineering review.
Who are your typical clients?
Non-technical startup founders, small and medium businesses, digital agencies and consultants, and sales or customer support teams that want to automate repetitive work.
Where are you based, and do you work internationally?
We are based in India and work remotely with clients in the US, UK, Europe, India and elsewhere, with overlapping working hours agreed at the start of each project.
Pricing and payments
How much does a prototype cost?
Prototype Development starts from $2,500 and usually takes 5–7 working days. A Proof of Concept that tests one core feature or technical question starts from $1,500. See the pricing page for details.
How much does an MVP cost?
MVP Development starts from $12,000 and typically takes 3–5 weeks. Products with several user roles, complex workflows or many integrations are usually a Beta Product Build, which starts from $24,000.
What are your payment terms?
Usually 50% upfront, 30% at an agreed milestone and 20% at handover. Short sprints may be 50% upfront and 50% at the demo. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
Are there any hidden costs?
No hidden fees from us. Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, AI model usage and paid APIs are listed in your quote and billed at cost, ideally directly to accounts in your name. Prices exclude GST.
Process and timelines
How quickly can you start?
Usually within one to two weeks of the scope being approved and the first payment received. We will tell you our current availability when you enquire.
How long does it take to build an MVP?
Most focused MVPs take 3–5 weeks. The biggest factors are the number of user journeys, integrations and how quickly decisions are made on your side.
What do you need from me to get started?
A description of the problem and the users, any designs or examples you like, access to relevant accounts, and one person who can make decisions quickly.
What if I want changes after the project starts?
Clarifications are part of the work. New features are handled through a short written change request with the cost and time impact, so you can decide whether to include them now or later.
AI and quality
Do you just generate code with AI?
No. AI tools speed up routine coding, but an engineer reviews and tests every change, makes architecture decisions and is accountable for the result.
Is the software you build production-ready?
It depends on what you buy, and we always tell you clearly. A prototype is for demonstration and learning. An MVP is built for real users within an agreed scope. Our hardening and launch service prepares software for wider use with additional testing, security review and monitoring.
How do you test the software?
We test complete user journeys, permissions, invalid input, empty states, error handling and behaviour on mobile and common browsers. Larger projects include automated tests for critical paths.
Ownership, data and security
Who owns the code?
You do. After final payment, the source code, repository, hosting accounts and documentation belong to you. Open-source and licensed third-party components stay under their own licences, which we list at handover.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, we are happy to sign a reasonable mutual NDA before you share confidential details.
Do you put my data into AI tools?
Not without your agreement. We agree in writing which tools may be used with your code and data, and we use anonymised or sample data wherever possible.
How do you handle passwords and API keys?
Credentials are stored in environment variables or a secrets manager, never in the code repository, and are shared through secure channels rather than email or chat.
After launch
Do you offer support after delivery?
Every build includes a defined bug-fix period for issues within the agreed scope. After that, you can choose a maintenance plan or a development retainer, or take the code to any developer.
Can my own developers take over later?
Yes. We use mainstream technology and hand over documentation specifically so that any competent developer can continue the work.
